OUR GYM RULES
RULE # 1 We are all here to improve ourselves. Please inspire others with your journey and don’t put others downs.
RULE #2 leave your ego at home, compete with your yesterday's self, not someone else
RULE #3 Do your best on the day. Everyone has off days if you fail pick yourself up and try again.
RULE #4 Clean as you go, put your weights away and wipe down the equipment you use
RULE #5 We can all win together. Lift each other up and treat others with respect.
RULE #6 Share words of encouragement, not sweat and germs. Please bring your own towel and water bottle to each workout.
RULE #7 No sparring with each other in the gym. We are a boxing fitness gym, not a fight club.
